Step No 1: Freeze mixed berry juice in different shaped ice cube trays. (Our ice cube trays are from Ikea.) We suggest using a darker colored juice so it is more visible in the champagne. // Step No 2: Pour champagne in glass. Step No 3: Add in mixed berry ice cubes and serve immediately.
FIZZY PEAR PUNCH

2 oz of ginger ale
2 oz of pear juice
Lemon juice to taste
